Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Radio Frequence (R/F) Engineer to help manage engineering projects spanning a variety of security levels for a government program office.

Description
    Identify required resources, schedule dependencies, and contracting actions needed to support the overarching R/F engineering efforts and interfaces with Program Management and related technologies
  • With an emphasis on integrating novel new technologies on existing weapons platforms, the R/F Engineer shall analyze R/F engineering problems to develop and implement solutions to complex system design and development issues
  • Will be responsible for developing analyzing and validating requirements, specifications, and interfaces
  • Process and analyze data, assess system under test performance, develop conclusions and recommendations, and generate report quality data products such as quick-look reports, test status reports, watch item reports, deficiency reports, and formal and informal technical reports
  • Work closely with the program office, prime contractors, subcontractors, and test ranges throughout all phases of design review, test planning, execution, analysis, anomaly investigation, and reporting
  • Effectively organize, schedule and coordinate R/F engineering work phases and tasks to support effective integration in a highly classified environment
Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science or related field in line with above functional description.

Preferred Experience:

  • Ten (I0) years of experience in R/F Engineering, including participation in SETR events
  • Experience in management and technical positions for major ACAT programs and advanced technologies
  • Experience with weapon/aircraft system electronic warfare technologies and system integration and testing functions
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) development
  • Experience in highly classified environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
