We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Test Engineer to help manage engineering projects spanning a variety of security levels for a government program office.

The T&E Engineer supports program execution and systems engineering processes through the design and development of test strategies, Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test events, data collection and analysis (both during and after the tests), on-site test support, and development of final test reports

• The T&E Engineer will develop T&E strategies that support program goals and constraints

• Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of the test program

• Develop/review test plans to validate system hardware and software products

• Develop/review test scenarios and generate test procedures

• Conduct Technology Readiness Reviews (TRRs) as needed, assist in the development of engineering technical documentation

• Assist in the development of interim and final reports

• Conduct site visits and investigate engineering problems, propose solutions and alternatives, and provide recommendations

• Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures and support program management and systems engineering processes and meetings

• Work with customers, functional management, project engineering, and program management to plan and support T&E, systems engineering, and integration activities across multiple levels of classification

• The T&E Engineer must possess the ability to rapidly understand new concepts, apply them accurately in an evolving and complex environment, and effectively organize, schedule and coordinate work phases and tasks

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics or physics or equivalent experience

Desired:

• Minimum 5 Years direct experience supporting U.S. Navy Weapons Systems acquisition program T&E at various classification levels.
• Demonstrated experience in developing T&E strategies and leading T&E tasks.
• Advanced MATLAB or MS Access skills.
• Experience in management and technical positions for major ACAT programs and advanced technologies
• Experience with Naval Air Systems Command engineering, and test and evaluation activities
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

• This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance
