What you will do

Lead a team of Controls Technicians and Mechanics on site-based accounts with multiple locations.

You will supervise and coordinate required day-to-day activities of field teams made up of mechanics and controls technicians and plan daily/weekly/monthly maintanance using a Work Order Based system. You will complete required controls related preventative and repair work at these sites. Analyzes team performance and recommends changes to ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. Maintains customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals. Ensures safety compliance.

How you will do it

This position requires candidate to be proficent in Metasys BAS or similar Building Automation system and we prefer a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years actual, practical working experience in BAS Controls with a strong HVAC background in the mechanical equipment service industry.

Required

* (3) to (5) years of light commercial /commercial/ Industrial HVAC / mechanical to include Metasys BAS or similar BAS System controls troubleshooting experience.

* Valid driver's license

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Must be able to be on call nights and weekends and some overnight travel is required.
