We are currently seeking an exceptional professional with a strong work ethic to join us as a Strategic Bid Sourcing Lead (Meacham, Fort Worth)

As a Strategic Bids Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for directly contributing to INCORA's growth and win rate by owning supplier relationships and optimizing cost selections during the Bid Phase for all strategic opportunities in the region.

You will Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial, and Bid Management teams to create customer proposals aligning with quality, delivery, and cost requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

* Develop, secure buy-off, and execute sourcing strategies and activities in collaboration with team members and suppliers, and other stakeholders.

* Work directly with internal/external customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate, and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.

* Monitor and track internal sourcing progress against bid due dates and other bid requirements.

* Maintain files for RFQs.

* Coordinate information as needed with sales, purchasing, quality, and other appropriate departments to support the RFQ process.

* Build extensive supply base network and knowledge base building on strong working supplier relationships.

* Support internal KPI's, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to targets and timescales.

* Initiate price negotiations with suppliers, and support management of their governance where appropriate.

* Support bid approval reviews as required

Qualifications

About You

You will be a proficient multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, and demonstrable experience of negotiating with suppliers during the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.

Extensive Aerospace industry knowledge, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, supplier management, and a commitment to continuous improvement are crucial.

A continuous improvement mindset is also essential, as is the willingness to learn and grow. Most importantly you will be passionate about our INCORA Values and exceeding customer expectations.
