Job Description
The Client Program Manager provides comprehensive partnership with our clients. They function as the advocate for customers needs towards success. The Client Program Manager is in regular contact with key contacts internally and externally to provide visibility and support across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program management from medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs
  • Leads complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal process
  • Identify and hold operational leadership accountable to the client's program deliverables
  • Maintain & improve customer satisfaction levels with NPS & Voice of the Customer
  • Maintain & improve internal satisfaction levels with Voice of Key Stakeholders
  • Ensure performance KPIs are aligned with customer expectations and maintained in one data set globally that reflects the customer performance
  • Establish, own, & improve appropriate KPIs to measure operational performance in one data set globally that reflects the operational performance
  • Facilitates meetings to review performance, strategy, projects, and future growth alignment
  • Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and lead project team(s) through implementation and completion
  • Manages internal and external relationships in support of program(s)
  • Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies
  • Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with our company's values
  • Create lockstep alignment with commercial counterpart on account initiatives, strategy, and deliverables
  • Partake in setting team's objectives and proactively provide recognition and feedback o Participate in Program Management meetings, calls and share best practices.

Required experience & skills :

  • Required
    • Bachelor's degree preferable in Business/Logistics/Engineering
    • 3+ years relevant experience with proven track record in operational management
    • Strong leadership attributes with the ability to drive performance across diverse geographies and teams
    • Understanding and passion for driving Operational Excellence in the business
    • Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence decision makers
    • Proven track record for delivering results
    • Exposure and understanding of Business Improvement / Lean Functions
    • Excellent communication and influencer skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to interface with Executive Level Management
    • Being a team member that supports the global/regional/country teams proactively
    • Knowledge of risk management with the ability to identify activities
    • Able to multitask
    • Strategic mindset
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Must be able to work independently and able to travel for onsite meetings
    • Must have availability to work in Pooler, GA location ( On-site role)
  • Preferred
    • PMP Certification
    • CSCP Certification
    • Six Sigma
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, Jira and other project management tools
