Pay: $65,000 - 75,000/yr DOE

The pay listed above is encompassing of a total range, final compensation offered will be dependent upon several factors to include but not limited to years of experience and education within the position and industry.

Scope of Work:

The Installation Support Coordinator supports asset, contract, data, and work management, utilizing MAXIMO.

Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management: Add and remove assets, track, and manage asset and location data throughout the asset life cycle.
  • Contract Management: Provide support for labor/material rates for contract modifications, software, network, and user defined contracts.
  • Work Management: Provide support to manage planned and unplanned work activities.
  • Report work orders exceeding 30/60/90 days and updating the long description on the work orders.
  • Produce all preventative maintenance (PM) work orders and all recurring work orders in MAXIMO.
  • Assist with producing the corrective maintenance (CM) work orders as well.
  • Ensure proper documentation is in MAXIMO, and ensure the entries are accurate and on time.
  • Support in developing reports, or pulling data as required.
  • Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to users, addressing questions, resolving issues, and promoting self-service solutions.
  • Asset tagging and validate property records.
  • Manage government furnished tablets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School degree or GED is required.
  • College degree in Business or Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar is preferred.
  • 1+ years of MAXIMO data entry experience required.
  • 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be able to acquire a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • The ability to work in a team environment to evaluate and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria, as well as use judgement in making required adaptations and modifications.
  • Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service, and follow up.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with all levels of the workforce and management.
  • Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices.
  • Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
