Overview

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a passionate and dynamic Hospitality Communications Agent to create a welcoming, luxurious experience for our guests. This individual will set the tone for the guest experience, anticipating and fulfilling requests to ensure that each has an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about making great impressions and delivering exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities
    Answer all incoming calls, including Room Service and existing reservation modification requests, promptly and courteously.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the culinary team.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and resort offerings to anticipate guests' needs and assist them in making informed choices.
  • Review reservation lead questions via Revinate tool. Ensuring that all guest inquiries are answered within a 24-hour period.
  • Provide guests with detailed descriptions of on-property programming and local activities to enhance their experience.
  • When appropriate, upsell guests to a higher room/suite category.
  • Handle all guest inquiries, communicating with all operational departments to respond to requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of resort operations, the Bardo brand and available guest services and resort programming
  • Maintain and uphold brand, operational, culture and service standards in all guest areas and across the resort

Qualifications
  • Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about hospitality and providing elevated service, and possess a desire to learn
  • Able to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excels at verbal and written communication
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Previous experience with property management systems is a plus
  • Able to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
  • Able to maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor when addressing guests
