Associate Analyst - People Team Rotation Programin GAC Savannah


Unique Skills:

This position will mainly be in Savannah, GA. However, some rotations may be located at other sites around the country. Must be flexible and able to relocate.


Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Participate in a 3-year developmental program throughout the People Team organization, gaining exposure and accelerating organizational understanding. Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the People Team function through flexible and pragmatic solutions in support of the enterprise business plan.
Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Understand and translate the various PT disciplines and communicates potential solutions to specific customer situations .
  2. Understand the strategic workforce plan and how it applies to assigned customer group, as well as annual supporting objectives .
  3. Develop knowledge of the assigned customer annual headcount plans and objectives .
  4. Support the execution of initiatives to deliver on the PT annual plan for assigned customer group .
  5. Support employee engagement action plan development for respective areas in conjunction with customers .
  6. Act as the "change agent" for customer initiatives .
  7. Understand and adhere to OFCCP guidelines .
  8. Field questions by internal and external customers who need guidance concerning the application and talent acquisition process .
  9. Project manage enterprise-wide HR projects, programs, and initiatives to ensure successful execution and delivery .
  10. Foster a culture of open/honest communication, transparency, and accountability within program teams .

Perform other duties as assigned.
