Job Purpose:

The Director of Enterprise Accounts - Lease & Rental is responsible for prospecting & developing fleet business within this specific market segment. This role will focus on building account relationships within our entire branch footprint and beyond.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Honor Commitments:

  • Achieve set enterprise sales objectives through dedicated efforts and a disciplined work ethic.

  • Manage customer and vendor relationships with integrity, ensuring all interactions and negotiations are conducted ethically.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional service and timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Participate actively in local, regional, and national trade associations to enhance industry relations.

Foster Lifelong Learning:

  • Stay abreast of market trends and customer needs, continuously seeking knowledge that can enhance personal performance and the company's service offering.

  • Encourage team participation in training and development opportunities.

Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to explore new market opportunities and innovative sales strategies.

  • Implement and optimize technology solutions like CRM systems to improve the sales process's efficiency and effectiveness.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:

  • Oversee resource allocation and management to optimize sales operations while ensuring fiscal responsibility.

  • Conduct special projects that contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.

  • Plans and is responsible for achieving enterprise sales objectives

  • Target and develop relationships with fleets on an account assignment basis

  • Oversees handling, or may handle, key accounts.

  • Services and manages all aspects of customer and vendor relationships

  • Identify product requirements and competitive conditions within each local market.

  • Involvement in local, regional, and national trade associations.

  • Perform additional special projects as needed.

  • Participate in team selling opportunities

  • Incorporate available technologies to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of the lease & rental sales process (i.e., CRM, etc.).

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years sales experience relating to spec development, bid process management, marketing to fleets, etc.

  • Experience with direct vendor negotiations preferred

  • Ability to modify communication style to negotiate and communicate with a variety of customers - internal and external.

  • Excellent negotiating skills.

  • Disciplined, with good organization and time management skills.

  • Ability to interact effectively with highly challenging customers and vendors.

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, focused on follow through and closing deals..

  • Valid commercial driver's license preferred.
